When something doesn’t feel right in your body
You may not always be able to explain it, but you can feel when your body is struggling.
For some people, it shows up as ongoing pain or inflammation. For others, it’s fatigue, disrupted sleep, or a sense that their body isn’t functioning the way it used to.
Many of the people I see are doing their best to manage day-to-day life while dealing with chronic conditions or discomfort that never fully goes away.
You don’t need to have all the answers before coming in. Part of my role is to help you understand what your body may be trying to communicate and support it in a practical, manageable way.
Supporting your body through reflexology
Reflexology works through pressure points on the feet and hands that relate to different systems throughout the body.
When the body has been dealing with long-term stress or illness, it can become stuck in patterns that are difficult to shift.
Reflexology helps encourage relaxation, improve circulation, and support the body in functioning more efficiently.
Many clients come for support with chronic pain, inflammation, fatigue, and conditions such as fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis, sciatica, and autoimmune concerns.
The goal is not to force change, but to support the body so it can begin to function better over time.
What clients often notice
Many people don’t realize how much tension or discomfort they’ve been carrying until they begin to feel some relief.
Clients often share that they feel more relaxed, experience less pain, or notice improvements in sleep after their sessions.
Every session begins with understanding your health
When you come in, we take time to go over your health history before starting.
This includes medications, past injuries, surgeries, and anything else that helps me understand your overall health.
You don’t need to prepare anything complicated, but bringing a list of medications or supplements can be helpful.
From there, the session is guided based on what your body needs that day, always working within your comfort level.

A little about me
My name is Eileen Oickle, and I am a Registered Reflexology Therapist with a background in nursing and a lifelong interest in natural healing.
Before becoming a reflexologist, I worked as a Registered Nurse and missionary nurse for twenty years, including time spent helping establish a home for orphaned children in Venezuela.
My own health journey, including a cancer diagnosis in 2016 and severe endometriosis pain 2016-2019, changed how I understand the body and the importance of supportive, natural care.
Today, my focus is simple. I help people experience better pain management and improve their quality of life through reflexology.
