Natural support for chronic pain, fatigue, and stress
When your body has been dealing with pain, stress, or ongoing health concerns, it needs a place to slow down.
Reflexology offers a natural way to support your body, helping it relax, improve circulation, and move toward better balance.

You know your body better than anyone. And lately, it hasn’t felt like yours.
Maybe it’s the pain that greets you before your feet hit the floor in the morning. The fatigue that no amount of sleep seems to touch. The flare-ups that reorganize your whole week.
You’ve adjusted. You’ve pushed through. You’ve probably been told more than once that this is just something you’ll have to live with.
Many of the people I work with have been managing chronic pain, inflammation, or autoimmune conditions for years. They’re not looking for a miracle. They’re looking for something that actually helps their body feel a little more like home again.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you come in. Part of my role is helping you understand what your body is trying to tell you, and supporting it in a way that feels practical and manageable.

Gentle pressure. Real, whole-body support.
Reflexology works through pressure points on the feet and hands that correspond to different systems throughout the body.
When your body has been carrying long-term stress, pain, or illness, it can get stuck in patterns that are hard to shift on your own. Muscles stay tense. Sleep stays light. Everything works harder than it should.
Reflexology helps interrupt those patterns. It encourages deep relaxation, supports circulation, and gives your body the conditions it needs to function more efficiently.
Clients often come for support with chronic pain, inflammation, fatigue, and conditions such as fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis, sciatica, and autoimmune concerns.
The goal is never to force change. It’s to support your body so it can begin to function better over time, at a pace that feels safe.
Relief that clients notice in real life
Most people don’t realize how much tension and discomfort they’ve been carrying until some of it lifts.
After sessions, clients regularly share that they’re sleeping better, moving more easily, and feeling less pain in their day-to-day life.
Your health story comes first, always
Before we begin any treatment, we sit down and go over your health history together. Medications, past injuries, surgeries, ongoing conditions, and anything else that helps me understand what your body has been through.
You don’t need to prepare anything complicated. A list of your current medications or supplements is helpful, but the most important thing you can bring is simply yourself.
From there, every session is guided by what your body needs that day, always working within your comfort level.

Let your body receive
Your session is guided by what your body needs that day, always within your comfort level.

Twenty years of nursing taught me to listen. Reflexology taught me what bodies are saying.
My name is Eileen Oickle, and I am a Registered Reflexology Therapist with a background in nursing and a lifelong interest in natural healing.
Before becoming a reflexologist, I spent twenty years as a Registered Nurse and missionary nurse, including time helping establish a home for orphaned children in Venezuela.
My own health journey changed everything. A cancer diagnosis in 2016 and years of severe endometriosis pain showed me firsthand what it feels like when your body stops feeling like your own, and how much supportive, natural care matters.
Today, my focus is simple. I help people manage pain and reclaim their quality of life through reflexology.
