Sessions designed to support your body and help you feel better day to day
If you’ve been living with pain, inflammation, fatigue, or ongoing health concerns, you know how much they can affect everyday life.
Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, recovering from an injury, or simply feeling like your body isn’t functioning the way it used to, reflexology offers a gentle, natural way to support your body’s ability to relax, improve circulation, and function more comfortably.
Book an AppointmentA different way to approach what you’re experiencing
Many people come to see me after months, or even years, of trying to find relief.
Some arrive with a diagnosis such as fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis, multiple sclerosis, lupus, Crohn’s disease, or another autoimmune condition.
Others simply know that something doesn’t feel right. Their body feels tired. Their pain has become part of everyday life. They don’t bounce back the way they used to.
Rather than focusing on one isolated symptom, my approach looks at how your body is functioning as a whole.
When your body spends long periods under stress, inflammation, or chronic pain, multiple systems can begin working harder than they should. Reflexology supports your body by encouraging relaxation, improving circulation, and creating an environment where it can function more efficiently.
The goal isn’t to force change. The goal is to support your body so it can function more comfortably over time.
How reflexology supports your body
Reflexology works through pressure points on the feet and hands that correspond to different systems throughout the body.
By working these areas, reflexology helps support the body in a gentle and natural way.
Encourage relaxation
Helping the body soften, settle, and move out of patterns of stress and tension.
Improve circulation
Supporting blood flow and helping the body function more comfortably.
Support natural processes
Working with the body as a whole so it can begin to function better over time.
This can be especially helpful for people dealing with chronic pain, inflammation, fatigue, fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis, sciatica, autoimmune conditions, dysmenorrhea, and endometriosis.
Through advanced training in pain-focused reflexology, I also use specialized techniques designed to support clients living with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, autoimmune conditions, and other long-term health concerns.
What your session may feel like
Each session begins with a conversation.
We go over your health history, medications, and anything else that helps me understand what your body has been experiencing.
During the session, you’ll lie comfortably on a treatment table, fully clothed, while I work through reflex points on the feet or hands.
Some areas may feel more sensitive than others, and I will always work within your comfort level.
Many people find the session relaxing, while also gaining a better understanding of how different areas of the body are connected.
The goal is always the same: helping your body relax and function more comfortably.

Advanced training for pain and complex conditions
Supporting people living with chronic pain has become one of my primary areas of focus.
Through ongoing education, I’ve completed advanced training in specialized reflexology techniques designed to support people experiencing persistent pain and complex health conditions.
This includes specialized reflexology for pain management, as well as advanced reflexology training for fibromyalgia and autoimmune conditions.
TOP II training included specific techniques for supporting people with conditions such as fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, and lupus.
I have also completed training in Hot Stone Reflexology and Basic Foot Care, allowing me to offer additional support for comfort, relaxation, and ongoing foot wellness.
This additional education allows me to tailor each treatment to the individual rather than following the same approach for every client.

What to expect at your first session
If you’ve never had reflexology before, it’s completely normal to have questions.
We’ll begin with a conversation about your health history, including medications, past injuries, and any concerns you have.
From there, you’ll relax on the treatment table while I begin working through reflex areas.
I will explain what I’m doing as needed, and you are always welcome to ask questions or simply relax during the session.
Afterward, many people feel more relaxed, experience less discomfort, or notice changes in how their body feels over the next day or two.

Some feel less pain or tension.
Others notice improved sleep or feel more relaxed overall.
